Occupying adjacent lots, the former Carriage House to the Manor was renovated in 2001 using original "craftsman-style" technique and a second story was added making it a complete home in itself. Renamed, the Taylor Cottage, this roomy, 2 story detached home features its own private entrance off East Jones Lane while Taylor Manor fronts East Taylor Street. The rear courtyards of the two abutt the common driveway which essentially connects the two homes. Both homes offer shady, foliage filled,comfortably furnished courtyards that also offer charcoal grills for your use. The furnished Manor courtyard, with umbrella table and chairs, includes a bilevel deck with built-in bench seating. Meandering between the two courtyards is accomplished with ease yet each Courtyard retains its individuality and privacy. The Manor Courtyard has the deck off the kitchen that overlooks the furnished patio...and, best of all, the Hot Tub! Soak away the soreness from a day spent sightseeing surrounded by twinkling white lights and windowboxes filled with flowers and starry night skies....it's the total icing on the cake for your vacation! • Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. Non-refundable $50.00/pet/home- eg: if you wish pet to have free reign between BOTH homes...cost is $100.00/pet
• Courtyards and Decorative Courtyard Fencing not are not intended to restrain pets - use personal leash/tie ups for pets. *Courtesy and consideration of neighbors expected re: barking and pet waste/scooping.
• Bringing non-preapproved pets onto premises (belonging to guest or member of guest party) will result in forfeiture of reservation.
• Last minute pet requests will be considered but must be submitted no later than 24 hrs prior to arrival or pet will be considered non-approved.

• $100 cancellation fee on all cancellations.

  Fee increases to $300 if you cancel within 30 - 60 days of arrival.

  Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit all monies paid unless reservation is rescheduled or rebooked
