This is such a quaint place to stay. Beautifully decorated and so incredibly comfortable. You have everything you need and you feel just like you're in your own home. Very quiet neighborhood so you can get your rest and relaxation in. All the necessities are here for you. Couldn't have stayed in a better place!

Pictures really do not do this beautiful Estate justice! Not just beautiful and convenient but...it holds an atmosphere of peace, joy, and fun. We were a party of 13 who were able to spend time laughing in the spacious kitchen, preparing meals, relaxing in the courtyards (two of them, one for the Manor and the other for the Cottage). But most importantly, the Estate gave us perfect sleep accomodations. Especially the first floor bedroom and bathroom in the Cottage which my 74 year old dad loved! There is so much to tell about this Estate, it's only minutes from Tybee Island, and seconds from River Street and the gorgeous historic sites of Savannah. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Suzanne!!

We just stayed at the Taylor Manor, and had a wonderful time. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The pictures of the home truly do not do justice for this home. Upon arrival and opening the front door we were overwhelmed with the beauty and cleanliness of this home. The youngest of the group a 18 year old absolutely loved the attic bedroom and TV area. She had her own little world. We will definitely be staying here again on our next adventure. Could not afford to stay here without other couples splitting the cost, but if we could we would stay here every time we visit Savannah. Loved the location and the quietness of the area. Took nightly walks and enjoyed the parks. The owner has taken great efforts to make your stay enjoyable with brochures and maps and suggestions. The marked map in the kitchen was a great help being marked with the closets grocery store. We cooked a full breakfast every morning and had everything we needed to cook with. If you are planning a trip to Savannah Ga. this is the place to stay, it felt like home from the moment we walked in. Thank you to the owners for opening up your home to us so that we can enjoy your great city. Hope to see you soon as we are planning another trip already in Dec. or Jan. Loved your decor, you did a great job decorating the home with even the smallest touches. Sincerely, Tanna Whaley from Cleveland Tennessee

My girls scout troop just returned from beautiful Savannah Ga. We stayed at Taylor Manor and also used the cottage. We had 17 people in our group 10 girls and 7 moms. We had a lovely time at Taylor Manor the home is kept in pristine condition. The beds were very comfortable. The home is located withing walking distance to downtown savannah, we were able to make several trip a day without any problems. The beautiful home is equipped with all the furnishing one might need. From tv's for the girls, games, video tapes, great eating areas and even washers and dryers in both location. I cannot say enough about this beautiful historic home in Savannah Ga. I will certainly recommend it at our next Girl Scout event. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home. The girls will have ever lasting memories of this fantasic trip. Thank You!

Such a lovely cottage, nicely decorated! We were very comfortable. Two adults downstairs, and 4 teenage girls upstairs--perfect set up. Easy walking distance to all of old Savannah. We'd stay there again.

Our Girl Scout Troop stayed in the Manor and Carriage House for 4 nights and 3 days in March. The girls in our troop made the decision early in our trip planning, that they wanted to stay in a historic home and not a hotel and I can say that I am so happy we did! The house was immaculate, and had the "cozy-home" feel at the same time. We enjoyed the comfort of the house so much that one of the nights the girls actually wanted to just order-in pizza and play board games together. They really loved hanging out in the 3rd floor attic bedroom. It was the official cool "hide-out" place. We also really enjoyed eating breakfast together outside in the courtyard and a couple nights we gathered together and cuddled in the living room and watched movies! The neighborhood was tucked away just enough from any noise but close enough to walk everywhere you wanted to go. We will definatley recommend our stay to other Girl Scout troops and our family and friends who make plans to visit the beautiful city of Savannah!

Our group of 5 High School girlfriends stayed 3 nights at the Carriage House and it was perfect. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Historic District in Savannah. It is simply charming and the decor and furnishings were wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay here for any group. Thanks Suzanne.

Date of Stay: September 2009 My family chose this historic Savannah property for our annual vacation and it proved to be the perfect decision. A friend who accompanied us was wheelchair bound and the handicapped accommodations were seemlessly incorporated into the design of the property, providing a delightful yet practical solution. Suzanne was an excellent host and we will always cherish Savannah's historical charm and friendly, colorful characters.

First-timers, but not last-timers. Business travel can be tough and the Carriage House was a wonderful alternative to a hotel - much more comfortable and own kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. You have a beautiful home - thank you so much for the use of it. We hope to see you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Carriage House while in Savannah for our son's wedding. We felt very much at home with all the extras in the house. It was very quite and yet so close to everything. We will be back! Thank you for all the maps and suggestions.

What a beautiful hide-a-way! The perfect place for a 50th honeymoon. Your southern hospitality and beautiful cottage has been terrific! Thanks for lovely days.

We had a lovely time staying here. The close proximity to Forsyth Park was very useful for our 2 year-old. The child friendliness of the house was much appreciated. As for recommendations: Fort Pulaski was great value and Tybee Island and the Crab Shack were also a hit!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful Carriage House with us! It was so nice and clean and comfortable for all of us. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the beach and fireworks down on the riverfront. An excellent location and close proximity to both. We would love to come back and visit again!
