Bedecked with window boxes, this charming, free-standing structure features a private entrance off East Jones Lane as well as offstreet parking for two vehicles.

Restored using true craftsman-style technique in 2001, it is tastefully furnished using Old-World decor. Curl up on soft, overstuffed, leather furnishings and watch the 27" TV/VCR/DVD sitting atop the downstairs 1909 steamer trunk. Enjoy meals at the antique kitchen table and nights of sound slumber on our luxurious queen-sized beds.

Black and White photography by Su Zanne mix with tapestries and oil paintings. A charming white wicker bedroom off the rear of the first floor is adjacent to a striking stone-tiled bathroom. Soft curtains pull back to reveal a laundry room off the foyer. A wide, roomy staircase climbs up to the second floor master suite where sunshine spills in from five floor to ceiling windows and which features an attached bath with jetted tub as well as a large walk-in closet. A 20 inch flatscreen TV and private sitting area provide a place to relax on your own.

The small deck in the rear, surrounds you with flowers and foliage, and offers a pleasant, shady respite after days of exploration. A table and four chairs along with a small wrought iron bench are conveniently situated and you will also find a discreet ramp for strollers or handicapped use is off to the side making entry a breeze for all.

Despite all the sights and sounds Savannah has to offer, you will find yourself reluctant to leave the comforts of the Carriage House.

We had a lovely time staying here. The close proximity to Forsyth Park was very useful for our 2 year-old. The child friendliness of the house was much appreciated. As for recommendations: Fort Pulaski was great value and Tybee Island and the Crab Shack were also a hit!

A $300.00 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 30 - 14 days of arrival irregardless of owner ability to re-book. A $100.00 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to arrival irregardless of owner ability to re-book.
