A refundable breakage/damage deposit will accompany all balance payments Non-USA Reservations require 50% payment at booking with remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in using VISA/MC only. A non-refundable deposit of one weeks accomodation with monthly reservations Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am Reservations confirmed upon receipt of Rental Agreement. PET POLICY Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis Partially refundable deposit of $100.00 per pet required at check-in 50% of deposit is refunded at check-out if no damage assessed CANCELLATION POLICY Seven days advance notice for all cancellations or change of dates is required. Guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period if cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival.
