RESERVATION POLICY
- Non-refundable deposit of one nights accommodation is taken at time of booking
- You will receive a confirmation email from Savannah Historic Hideaways
- Balance of stay required 15 days prior to check-in using VISA/MC, personal check, or money order.
- A refundable breakage/damage deposit will accompany all balance payments
- Non-USA Reservations require 50% payment at booking with remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in using VISA/MC only.
- A non-refundable deposit of one weeks accomodation with monthly reservations
- Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am
- Reservations confirmed upon receipt of Rental Agreement.
PET POLICY
- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis
- Partially refundable deposit of $100.00 per pet required at check-in
- 50% of deposit is refunded at check-out if no damage assessed
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Seven days advance notice for all cancellations or change of dates is required. Guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period if cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival.
