RESERVATION POLICY
- *Non-refundable deposit of one nights accommodation is taken at time of booking.
*Non-refundable deposit of one weeks accommodation with monthly reservations
- Confirmation emails from Savannah Historic Hideaways are sent for all reservations
- *VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMERICAN EXPRESS, PERSONAL CHECKS and PAYPAL accepted.
**Credit Card must be supplied to book.
**Balance of stay required 30 days prior to check-in. Checks preferred. 3% handling fee w/credit card balance transactions.
- A refundable security/damage deposit will accompany all balance payments and is refunded within a week of check out provided no damages/missing items etc.
- Foreign Reservations require 50% payment at booking with remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in using Credit Card only.
- Groups up to 28 - Ask about availability of our "sister" property on same street. Keep your larger groups together only yards apart.
- Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am
- Reservation dates are permanently blocked upon receipt back of signed Rental Agreement and booking deposit.
- Should you book a Manor-only reservation and later wish to rent the entire Estate. The addition of the Carriage House is treated as a new reservation entirely and Carriage House-only rates apply, not Estate rates.
- Estate Reservations may be downgraded to Manor-only or Carriage House-only bookings...cancellation fees apply.

- ***Rates cited on website are our "stimulus specials" - valid for a limited time only. All Discounts are off of our Base Rates:
CH= 200-250/night.
Manor=400-450/n
Estate=500-600/n
PET POLICY
- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable $50.00/pet fee.
- Courtyards and Decorative Courtyard Fencing not are not intended to restrain pets - use personal leash/tie ups for pets.
*Courtesy and consideration of neighbors expected re: barking and pet waste/scooping.
- Bringing non-preapproved pets onto premises (belonging to guest or member of guest party) will result in forfeiture of reservation.
- Last minute pet requests will be considered but must be submitted no later than 24 hrs prior to arrival or pet will be considered non-approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- $100 cancellation fee on all cancellations.
Fee increases to $300 if you cancel within 30 - 60 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit all monies paid unless reservation is rescheduled or rebooked
- If a Manor-only reservation is booked and you later wish to rent the entire Estate... the addition of the Carriage House/Cottage is treated as an entirely new and separate reservation.
Carriage House-only (not Estate) rates apply to new reservation
- If you book the Estate and later wish to downgrade to a Manor-only reservation...
$300 cancellation fee if downgraded greater than 30 days before check in.
$100 cancellation fee if downgraded greater than 60 days before check in.
No refund of monies paid is given for downgrades within 30 days of check in.
